What's for Dinner - BUF Board

“What’s for Dinner?”

Get creative with what you have and make something delicious… why not whip something up for dinner that might seem unexpected but is sure to please everyone in the family (even picky eaters!)

 

Ingredients:

1 Container of BUF Ricotta
2
TBSP fresh thyme
1 TBSP fresh oregano
5 TBSP olive oil
Assortment of your favorite seasonal vegetables
Flatbread, baguette, crackers of choice
Hummus or dip of choice
Pickled artichoke
Prosciutto
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Use fresh ingredients. Freshly picked or locally grown produce and dairy products are best if your budget allows it, but frozen and canned options can be good in a pinch. Use seasonal ingredients. Many fruits and vegetables are only available for a short time each year, so make the most of them when they're at their peak flavor by incorporating them into your recipes as often as possible!

Place your ingredients in a playful, colorful arrangement. Serve on a platter or wooden board, and enjoy!
